As someone who has been going to Adornetto’s for years I am very disappointed in the service tonight. Once we were seated it took a long time to get waited on. When we finally did I noticed that all of our food came out at once. Salads and bread come out and then spaghetti. The overall quality of the food was downright awful, the meatballs were tough and everything just didn’t taste right. The “manager” claims that nothing has changed, but I can taste the difference. Food was wonderful as always
We were there today with family out of town. They weren’t busy. We asked for a table for 10. They wanted to sit us at 2 tables. When they clearly had a table for 10 in the lower level. We said we wanted the one below. They had to clean off tables below. We said we would wait. Boy did they make us wait. Have been here twice when traveling through zanesville Both times with our team after the regional cross country meet. Very accommodating and friendly. Delicious pizzas, manicotti and Alfredo pasta.
