We had a party of 14 and they tried putting us at 2 different tables across the room from each other. Then crammed us all at 3 tables and wouldn't add another even though they were not busy. Forgot one of the pizzas so that couple had to eat after we were done. On and on it went......awful family Christmas experience!

The food was great except for when I asked for toasted garlic bread they gave me 2 orders of soggy, untoasted, cold bread...
Aweful experience. Walked in on a Sunday night and an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. There was one table seated and a waiter at the order computer, but no host to be found. The waiter made eye contact with us and turned to play on his phone then walked to the kitchen where we could hear other employees laughing. We waited several minutes to be seated and no one came back from the kitchen-no host, no waiter, NO ONE! Visited tonight at around 7pm. Was not very busy, and we waited around 45 mins to get our food, we ordered 2 small pizzas and 4 pasta dishes. Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had here. Was super disappointed. When we said something to our server, she just laughed about it taking so long. I will definitely think twice before I stop again.
Last night was our first time there, with good friends who eat there often. So glad we came! Both my husband and I were floored by how good everything was and how much food you get for the money. We live in Columbus, but Adornettos is well worth the drive and we will be back often!
