If I could score this place lower than 1, I would. My wife took her mother here to get her a manicure and pedicure. My wife also got here's done as well. The following day both my wife and my mother in law had issues with the paint chipping off and a nail falling off. This morning my wife went back and got her stuff fixed. This afternoon the paint was already falling off again. Also both my wife and mother in law did not get any of promised hot towels messages. This place is horrible.
I tried to book a pedicure earlier in the week for mother's day. I received the text that my appointment would be confirmed shortly. Arrived for my appointment today and was told my appointment was not confirmed, but if I wanted to sit around for a while, they may be able to get me in. I had to ask how long "a while" was, and was told 12pm- 1.5 hours to sit at the salon. I was brushed off while at the shop and was not given the courtesy of a call to book a separate time beforehand. I called around 3pm and asked if they took walk ins. The girl who answered the phone said that I could get a gel x tech within the hour. I made an appointment for gel x and when I came in, the girl at the front desk was extremely dismissive and rude. They then told me that the tech who was there couldn’t do designs. I completely understood and just said we could do a plain set instead. Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. After myself and grandma were cut badly by the same person with no remorse or apologies, this needs to be known. This place has gone down hill, it doesn’t feel high end anymore like it used to. They also bully you and make you feel bad if you do not want gel. I hope we can continue to go but use caution, certain techs clearly don’t wanna be there and it shows by their mood and work. Thank you
