I went for eyebrow threading and a spa pedicure, I had the same girl for both. She threaded my eyebrows into two different shapes and when I asked her to make them look the same she said no and insisted they were “perfect”. Thankfully another staff member later agreed one was thick and one was thin and corrected them. Has done shellac nails with Adorn beauty, staff is nice but not a great experience, the side of the nails not painted fully. Would expect better finishing at £43.
I hate leaving negative feedback but I'm having to change my original 5 star review, as I've been left really disappointed. I was happy with the initial service and Kajal was lovely, but my gel nails started peeling off after only 4/5 days. I was abroad for a wedding when this happened so I contacted the salon when I got home (a week after I had them done), and they refused to do anything to fix the peeling nails. I do not want to give even one star. Sorry but this place is very unprofessional in my opinion. The services doesn’t seem professional and I absolutely did not like the result. I have had eyebrows and full face waxing done before and it has turned out beautifully. I showed them this was what I wanted and they said ya they could do it. So I trusted them.
