the staff weren’t very polite and spoke limited English, so communication was tricky. They didn’t seem patient enough to really hear me out, even though I tried to be friendly and explain what I wanted with pictures and simple English. Whenever I spoke to the male stylist, the female stylist would step in, say something in Korean in a displeased tone, and it made me uncomfortable. She also washed my hair rather carelessly. I ended up just getting a haircut instead of the perm. Would not recommend
Really truly the best haircut I have ever gotten in Pennsylvania. You have to call for an appointment and the consultation is fairly quick. Amazing haircut with strong attention to detail and care.
The cut and color were awesome! Super quick with almost no waiting, and everything was really smooth. It was done 45 minutes faster than my usual salon. The style is easy to manage too. I’m definitely coming back!
Beware. 15% tip is Mandatory no matter what service you have. Pricy in terms of the skill, environment and service. For this price I would go to those fancy salon in city. After all, not a haircut or service experience that you would be so glad and wanna smile when you look at the mirror... He seems no interested to understand your hair like if I had perm or what I have done with my hair and didnt even check if my hair quality is consistent, which can be crucial when you do any treatment other than just a cut.
