Custom NOT the way to go. I ordered a custom sofa 8/30/13. Eight week delivery time promised. 1/15/14 sofa supposedly delivered to store damaged. Sofa refused. No photos were taken so I do not know if actually arrived. I was told the process would have to be started over. Refund requested and given. Two custom chairs ordered 11/15/13. Four week delivery time promised. Chairs delivered 1/11/14 damaged. Poor product manufacturing. Not enough fabric so chairs ripped. Told manufacturer refused to rework/redo chairs. I ordered (and paid for, in full) a sectional for Adore at the beginning of January. They told me it would be delivered the week of Valentine's Day. That week went by with no sofa, no call. The next week I called them. They said it would be in the following week. But that week also went by with no sofa, no call. So I called again. This cycle repeated itself many times, and not once did they ever call me unless I called them first. And here we are now, ALMOST FIVE MONTHS LATER with no sofa. we got a killer deal on a sectional sofa here. waited the normal two months to have it custom made. it is perfect!
this is a very nice store. no hassle approach. the owner helped us donate our old furniture to a battered womens charity, even though we didn't buy anything that day! we went back some weeks later and bought a sofa and a bed. great service.
We bought a one of a kind dining room set here in November. Great deal, delivered earlier than we expected, we'll be back for sure! Very cool store.
