I didn’t get my $20 credit after spending over $250 two weeks ago. I also called them. They said they would arrange applying the $20 credit, but I still haven’t received it. I guess I was duped.

This was my first time shopping with Adore Beauty, and unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the pricing. I purchased two Medicube creams and later realised that the same products were around $10 cheaper on other websites. After noticing the price difference, I contacted the store to ask about it. Usually great staff but I walked in yesterday and took a small tester of the cream tester and after that was approached by the older English woman who had a demeanour like i didnt know what I was looking for. No smile or greet just "are you looking for a price, I'll scan that up" I said I'd look on the price screens to which she said yeah well we offer try on testers with an attitude to which I replied "yeah im aware of that". Rude customer service from her the others have been great in the past though.
