Before finding Cathy, I had my eyebrows and lips done last year by a very expensive "professional expert" at a plastic surgeon's office. Not only was the quality of the procedure poor, but both my lips and brows faded within a few months. The original permanent makeup would not compare to Cathy's. Cathy truly is an artist, not only in color selection but in how she applies the strokes in the brows and symmetry of the lips. I highly recommend Cathy. She is the best. Donna Harris
