The lady in charge (Mai Nguyen) was to have the flower arrangements set up for our wedding at 2PM. She did not show up until 4:30PM and the ceremony started at 5PM!!! She also did not fulfill her commitment in regards to the ceremony flower arrangements. She specifically stated on the contract that she was going to have the flower arrangements mimic a picture I had given her in advance.
