My family and I have always loved this place - from when Sean announces "Sarkis is in the building" to the bus crew ALWAYS on top of things. I practically raised my kids on their patio. Moved a bit of a distance away but try to make it as often as possible - definitely a treat. Pretty big on the (now off-the-menu beef El Torito with extra crispy tortilla. Mmmmm.
