Adonis Auto Group is very shady. I have been noticing when I go to make my payment my balance goes down, (just like it is supposed to) but somehow they always try to slide a couple more thousand back on top of my balance (they have done this twice). Like wtf, I'm really thinking about contacting my lawyer's office because this is ridiculous.
I honestly don't even know why or how this company is still in operation! I won't recommend them to my WORSE enemies. They are very nasty and shaddy in the way in which they treat their customers. Turned my car off and told me unless I paid the entire amount owed it could not be turned back. Left me sitting in my car in the pouring raining storm. There was lightening and thunder and the guy is telling me "The system won't allow him to turn back on the car, even if I paid just half of the whole." Granting I was telling him I... read more
When the dealership was Adonis and they were the nicest people and would work with you. Since the new company simple auto took over my truck has been repoed. My truck broke down and it cost 600 to get it fixed. I was in Austin on a new job part time since i am 65 to supplement my social security. The lady that I spoke with was the rudest entitled person I have every spoken with in my 65 years. Adonis was great to work with but when simple auto took over all hell broke loose. I was told by a rude customer service rep buy here pay here did not have to follow the big dealership repo laws. I had an agreement to pay 2 payments which equal 30 days 2 days before the agreement they came and got the truck. They told me the new owner does not allow payment arrangements. On June 1, 2023 I went to the Adonis group to pick out a car. The first car i looked at had a dead battery so i said nope if i have to get a jump on day one I do not want it. So I got this 2012 Toyota Rav 4 Extended. It ran great and never had a problem with it at all. Then someone broke out my back window stole everything out of it then 2 days later i lost my key fob and so a week went by and then I finally call Adonis and they towed my car to their mechanics in Grand Prairie this all happens last week of July so I have bee... read more

the customer service is horrible. if they say they are going to call you back to resolve an issue they never call you back and i do mean never. i bought my car in november it is may and my ac problem still has not been resolved. they put a service charge on my account and i was told by 3 different people that it would be taken care of and it was not and my car was turned off for non payment after i made my actual car payment because of the $46 service fee that should have never been placed on my account. i was at work stuck ... read more

If youve seen me since April you know that I havent been in my personal vehicle. And now makes 2 full weeks that I have been in this rolling advertisement. I had little to no correspondence from this place, yet they still receive my payments. I appreciate the loaner but times up. I need my own vehicle or another one to replace what you cant get right.
