Everything about our stay at The Adolphus was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is gorgeous—stunning, elegant, historic, and full of character. You can tell there is so much history behind every detail of the building, and the level of service matched the beauty of the hotel. It’s decent. Totally overpriced if I’m being honest. The in room dining service has 5 star restaurant prices but the food was honestly terrible. I spent a little over 1200 for the two nights when you include room, food, and valet. It’s not a bad hotel though. Nice room, comfortable bed, central location. For the amount I spent I would have much rather been at the W though
Excellent hotel. The room was perfect and the staff was professional and friendly. I was there for a conference and it was probably the best catered food I’ve had, better than most weddings I’ve been to.
I love coming to The Adolphus, it's a great place for my wife and I to get away from the kids and have a romantic time.
Racially profiled a paying spa customer in the presence of hotel guests. Spa manager had a customer DETAINED by the PMC Valet Manager and Security Manager after paying for services. PMC Valet Manager was completely unprofessional. The entire experience is deplorable and unacceptable. The Spa Manager needs to be reprimanded for this degree of discrimination. She also needs cultural sensitivity and implicit bias training or termination.
