I have never been mocked for my hearing loss anywhere from anybody, especially in a business. I thought it was a one time deal, but when I went back to get more pool chemicals, the same employee mockingly asked how my hearing was. Maybe he is not as informed as anyone else as we all know there is no cure for deafness, but it is no excuse to continually mock someone with a disability.
