Man tbh this place helped in ways but low-key it was straight up ruined. I went there twice I succeeded the first time (barely) it was Ruff the first time but I got threw. The 2nd time I was kicked out. The reason being "i don't care abt treatment" i did, the day I was kicked out i woke up and said I was gonna like "put in my all" but it didn't work. This review is for the Los Angeles CA facility in Korea town. If we could give zero stars.. We would. Unable to find contact information for owner or senior management to discuss MAJOR issues while our granddaughter was there. Some issues..No daily schedule, psychiatrist that only talks to patient on phone, understaffed, yoga is a video, physical activity is walking to CVS or Starbucks, Sunday is watching church on TV, no treatment transparency..etc.... Can Someone contact us!????

My child spent 45 days here and I was so impressed! The structure, the staff, the psychiatrist, everyone even the administrative staff was amazing! The director Angelia is one of the most amazing people I have ever meet and my child’s therapist Nancy was awesome, my child learned so many coping skills and how to deal with things better, they are doing amazing now back at home!!! Thank you all for everything you will forever hold a special place in our hearts!!!

Had a bad experience with this place. First, they couldn't do a phone call with us for two days due to "technical issues.." Second, they seem to think that because their facility is "nice" the program is really good. There's more to it than that. Their website says they treat ODD but then tell me my son with ODD is "too extreme." They didn't even talk to the hospital or his therapist before making a decision. Notice in the other reviews, they don't say whether the adolescent got better. Do yourself a favor and check out... read more

Our son spent 50 days here. They were very kind and caring. The counselors and staff worked with his specific issues and came up with a plan that could help him. We couldn’t be happier with the help he received. We are forever grateful.
