I was quite disappointed with the Adobe Boneless Ribs. It seems no matter what Mexican restaurant I order beef dishes in, it always ranges from chewy to downright tough. This was no exception, and there are many Mexican restaurants here in the Coachella Valley. The La Quinta Resort is one of the higher rated. 😕👎🏾
We have been coming here for years. Drinks and bartenders are amazing! I am not a fan of the new menu. The prices are higher and it's not something that I'd normally eat. I'm sure not the only local that feels like they should have kept the old menu.
Awesome brunch! Margaritas to guacamole to the chilaquiles.
They recently changed the dinner menu. I was a little disappointed because the dishes were ala carte - did not come with much else. But food tasted awesome! I will be coming back again!
