I got a car from this Carlot the check engine light came on the very next day when I got home the brakes were horrible I've taken this cat to the shop several times had the brakes replaced I asked for my money back because the has been acting up I've called the Carlot and the cat salesman several times I asked for a new car I put 1000 down on this car only for the salesperson to tell me to bring the car back to the Carlot and he would talk to his boss and ask him to make it right he told me to come on Tuesday July 12 I drove... read more
My car buying experience was great but after almost a year of paying on time, I still have a difficult time calling in to make said payments. I am not listened to, I have been screamed at or have been verbally abused. They make it even more difficult to pay on their website due to being outdated and not maintained. They also charge a large amount of money to process the payment. Don't work with these people because they will not work with you.
RecommendedEddie was an amazing sales person that worked with us getting into our new Jeep and our payments are not so bad at all I would recommend them too anyone that needs a vehicle come see Izzy the man
