PROS: the office staff is very friendly and they’re quite good with fixing maintenance problems. There’s also free coffee, a nice and cozy study lounge, and pool/hot tub. They also have a personal fridge and microwave that can come in really handy. I would have rated this place much higher if it wasn’t because of the following cons... CONS: Singles are $1030, (not including utilities, and $400 parking pass, and no furniture) in my opinion, for what you’re getting, it’s a little overpriced.
