Consistently disappointing customer experience at Adobe Animal Hospital. The biggest issue is simply trying to reach someone. Unless your pet has a true emergency, be prepared to spend 30+ minutes on hold. Then, when someone finally answers, don’t be surprised if you’re transferred in a way that drops you straight into another person’s voicemail, forcing you to start the entire process all over again. My guinea pig’s illness was misdiagnosed here and her condition was delayed for months. I strongly warn any guinea pig owners against coming to this clinic. Dr. Neugyn has very little experience with guinea pigs, and it shows. 1. Unsafe blood draw. They drew blood with no sedation, causing all four of my guinea pig’s legs to swell — and they still couldn’t collect enough blood. 2. Multiple missed diagnoses. Mean stuff and expensive bill My dog got legs problems but they said this is very common problem and then we got other ear cleanings and 1 medical but it charge $689. Wow cannot believe how’s luxury hospital for animals!!
Thankful to the staff for treating my cat’s sensitive stomach and diarrhea! Vet and staff were all great, my cat’s doing well now after fluid and a few days of probiotics. Thanks!
