I'd highly recommend Dr. Nakamura for his expertise on lop-eared rabbits, which are prone to chronic ear infections due to the anatomy of their ear canal. Some other exotic vets may dismiss frequent ear-scratching & head shakes as "normal grooming behavior", and may not try to investigate the root-cause until a bunny exhibits neurological symptoms such as head-tilt, or experiences excruciating pain all the time (another exotic vet waited to let things get as bad in her own bunny's case). Adobe was the got-to place for our dog since we first brought him there as a puppy 13-1/2 years ago. The prices were high compared with other vets but we felt that the cost was worth the care and support that both our dog and we experienced. But since Adobe was acquired the quality of care and the communications from Adobe's medical and support staff have deteriorated substantially.
