I've been here a year we have Cockroaches so bad every time I ask Chris he blows it off and it takes months to even hear anything back from him I've only seen somebody come in my room once to spray I have mold growing in my AC unit I get sick all the time and so does my one year-old son and he won't fix it nor will he put us in another room we pay for the studio room with a full kitchen and he does not take care of nothing that we bring up to him. I'm to where if he don't fix the problems I need to get a lawyer
