I worked with Michael Hawkins, this was one of the worst experiences of my adult life. Mike lies and says w/e he needs to to get your business.. This man had my boat for 8 months and never once called, emailed or text an update to me. I had to call every single time, even when the boat was shown I wasn't notified. Besides the worst customer experience i've ever seen Mike regularly bragged about blowing up peoples boat motors on test drives. Mark is very good. I didn’t buy a boat from him only I a set of motors that he listed for a friend. He treated me like I was buying a million dialer boat from him. He answered all my calls and text. He was great to deal with.
I just purchased a boat from Admiral Yacht Sales. Mark was very up front of the condition of the boat I was thinking of purchasing. I purchased the boat with out seeing it in person, The boat was everything that Mark said it would be. He was very professional & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him on any boat sale. Mark 100% Misrepresented the boat from the start I put deposit down on a boat he called a 8.5/10 after survey he said he should have called it a 6/10. Had rebuilt engine never disclosed, I asked for service records of engines which he said he had I never got them I asked to push back closing date since it was Christmas Eve when he wanted to settle, he ignored my request and pressured for closing worst part is he has kept a 40,0000 deposit won’t return a penny If Marks lips are moving he is probably lying
