Support staff repeatedly gave us incorrect information through the process of closing on a house and we were sent two different sets of closing settlement statements the morning of the 1:00 p.m. closing. There was no continuity with the staff in going through the closing process. We were told something different every time we called, much of which turned out not to be correct which created unnecessary stress. Realtors push this company, but we will Never use Admiral again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Screwed us out of $1,000 to start. We wrote an earnest check for $1,000. The money was coming out of our wedding fund, so I explained this to the lady and told her that they could hold it and only deposit that money if things fell through. I said that if everything closed properly, that we would need the check back as it was for our upcoming wedding as I previously explained. She assured me, that would be no problem.
