I have been in my apartment for a year and a half now, the only reason I didn’t move when my lease is up was due to other circumstances. I have currently been waiting 2 weeks for them to come unclog my bath tub.....again! I have been constantly calling them about this same issue since about a month after I moved in. Don’t move here!
I’ve been out here almost two years I love my apartment. The new staff is cool. With any complex you have to communicate and everyone in the office will listen to your concerns. I called for a leak they came I call about my tub they came. They were polite when they called to point out things. This is a good starter like me a single mom this place came right on time and I’m grateful. They do care about their property and tenants. A lot of people expect the office to know but you have to voice your issues
