Woke up this morning with a puddle in the bathroom. Upstairs toilet has been slow to flush for a while. Found Admiral Plumbing through homeadvisors .com. Filled out the questionnaire and they called within the hour. Mike, the tech was here in 3 hours and was able to fix both problems. He quoted the job and did the repair quickly. He did a 'walkaround' before we paid to show us and explained the repair. Highly recommend for anyone needing plumbing services.
We called Admiral to replace our hot water tank. Miguel came within three hours and diagnosed the problem. He not only had all the tools and the correct size water heater on his truck, but he went above and beyond in being specific with us as to what the problem was and what our options were. Miguel was friendly, efficient, and professional, and he worked relentlessly, to get the old hot water tank out, which was not an easy task. You often hear nightmares about certain professionals who make a big project out of nothing. Admiral Plumbing and Talley Nichols are not in that category. Talley was fast, professional, knew what my problem was and solved it in a matter of minutes. In today's day and age of arrogance and indifference, it is most refreshing to deal with Admiral Plumbing and Talley.
We are very impressed with the service provided by Admiral. Justin Virginia was most proficient and helped us with the problem we ecountered with a leaky toilet. We would highly recommend Justin, as he is very knowlegable and did a great job getting our toilet back in working condition.
I needed a toilet reinstalled after our remodeling contractor messed it up. Ryan showed up on time and explained the job to me. He then began working and did the job properly. He cleaned as he worked and it even met my wife's approval. Great job!
