FRIENDLY! PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE WHICH IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM MY EXPERIENCE A YEAR AND A HALF AGO.
I had a great first experience at ADMA Plasma Center! The staff and nurse were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything I needed to know about the donation process. The pay was good for a first-time donor, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I also downloaded the ADMA app while I was in the lobby and made my appointment right there—it was super easy to use and will definitely make checking in even quicker next time. The young woman name Ashley is amazing she always friendly and helpful, super fast I also noticed that allot of the other employees come to her for help so one day i asked her , are u a supervisor? She replied no well she needs to be thank u ms Ashley for always making my experience a great one
Been coming for a few years and there is one employee who always goes above and beyond her job title she cares about the people coming in to donate, she helped me when I lost my card n my kids needed things she went out of her way to help me Ashley definitely deserves appreciation and notoriety for shure! _
