I’ve been going to this plasma center for over a year I’ve been there over 44 times I have never ever had a problem with any of the people and the staff that work there the staff really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and I think they do a great job having to deal with the public I know there’s been issues with other people who have to wait and get aggravated because the wait time could be longer, but if you’re there to make money, the money is good for the time that you’re there and I gotta say all of the... read more
I really don't think I will be going back to this place stay there for 2 1/2 hours and then they told me that they could not see me because I take Subtext one time a day and they don't even care i drove 80 miles round trip it's crazy hopefully I can find somewhere else to go
Very clean and I just love the staff how professional and friendly the employees are
Me and my son used to donate there a couple years ago and left because of rude staff etc and decided to give it another chance. We came up there 7/11/25 after driving 40 minutes at 10:30 am and was told we could come back around noon. We drove back home to eat lunch and I called around 12:30 pm 7/11/25 and asked if it was okay to come back up there and the lady who picked up the phone said it’s not a good idea as they are completely booked and I asked why did the other lady say to come back around noon and she laughed at me.... read more
