Me and my son used to donate there a couple years ago and left because of rude staff etc and decided to give it another chance. We came up there 7/11/25 after driving 40 minutes at 10:30 am and was told we could come back around noon. We drove back home to eat lunch and I called around 12:30 pm 7/11/25 and asked if it was okay to come back up there and the lady who picked up the phone said it’s not a good idea as they are completely booked and I asked why did the other lady say to come back around noon and she laughed at me.... read more
The staff is always professional and the process is easy
I am submitting an updated review. Over the past several months (6+) the company has improved the employee retention, reduced hours to help keep staff from staying too late (good thing), and has been consistently keeping my total out the door time in under 2 hours total. Most visits are under 1.5 hours total from time I walk in, screening, through my donation, and walking out. Staff are still usually very friendly and some regular donors are even pretty funny. The drug addicts asleep in the parking lot is a nice touch
Have never had a single issue, they find my vein, they are all polite, and I’ve never experienced long wait times.
