It’s funny how this place lets me donate all month until bonus days hit and then they always try to pull some crap of how something isn’t right and they can’t let me donate. Then once I have to miss bonus days, all my fluids are good again and I can donate the rest of the next month until bonuses hit again and then they say I can’t donate cause something is low again once they send my blood to the lab. anybody that says it's places great has not been to another donation center navigate me to bad sticks the five times I have been there the past month this place is truly gone downhill and do not recommend to anybody please get out of my town and move over for a place that is friendly and nice with Southern Hospitality

I have been going over year now and the staff has always been great and nice when they know your name. I started because I wanted to find a way to help people and this was a way to do that especially when my nephew was a premiee and needed plasma. Staff friendly and clean environment
