New patient. Saw dr. and he will do laser surg. on Thurs. Today I got a call for f/u appointment for tomorrow. I haven't even had the procedure yet and she doesn't show my f/u appointment for 11/14. My third conversation with his office personnel and very disappointed with the staff. Hoping my laser surg. goes well.
I am very happy with Dr Adler. He is the best. He did eye surgery on me and results were great. However his receptionist at the desk is very nasty. I have had to deal with her several times and she is always confrontational. The rest of the staff is very friendly. Next time I have an appointment I will discuss her with Dr Adler or the office manager. I have never had a problem in any other Dr office.
He a great eye doctor
Experience with the doctor was fine and he was competent and patient. But, the staff didn't do their job in following up on (repeated) requests/scans to forward much needed records to my surgeon. VERY frustrating to simply have requests ignored, not even a response to admit that the scans were lost or explain what the problem was in forwarding. Disappointing.
What a great guy and doctor! I was very impressed with Dr. Adler's treatment and the friendly down to earth attitude he has. His staff was very good especially his lead technician she performed tests and told everything she was doing and why. Nice office.
