I put my trust in this firm after a car accident and they allowed my medical bills to go to collections eventhough I had coverage to pay the bills, according to my insurance company. The case manager in their Everett office was not knowledgeable and the attorney was never "in" when I called to check on my case. Being avoided is not a way to get more referrals and neglecting my case is not right. If I would have thrown the dice and went to Craigslist or a larger firm, I would have gotten better results.
