We were scheduled to have ADL put a brand new dual zone heat and air system in our home spring of 2015. Unfortunately we had a fire and we had to delay. Scott was very understanding and said he would work us in at our convenience. We had to put it off a bit and when we were finally ready Scott and his crew were there for us. Scott and his team did an amazing job and I love our system its been a dream come true and a health change to my family. Thank you ADL for an amazing experience!

When he initially came to my home was told I needed some ductwork replaced because of rust and co2 exposure. Wanted to get everything replaced. He gave estimates when I tried for financing could not do all at once but definitely needed furnace and ductwork done. Flash forward to beginning of Oct. Began calling and would only go to vm. Called numerous times got a call back once saying his son threw his phone in the pool on my vm. Tried calling back. No answer again. Been 2 weeks since then. Thank you for your quick response to my failing air conditioner. Decided to replace both furnace and AC. ADL came through and did an excellent job with the install. Would definitely recommend these guys for your HVAC needs.
Called this company to come have them detach my AC unit so I could have some concrete poured, Scott said he'd be there this morning, then I called called him multiple times this morning with no answer so I had my contracter call him from his phone and he answered but then hung up when he asked if he was still coming to my house...needless to say no one ever showed and I had to rush to find another company to this simple job...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
