Huge shout out to everyone I met here! Lyra and Melissa are Rockstars at reception, and always easy to talk to and work with you. Horrible experience. No one answers the phone. They try to charge you if you need to change an appointment. The Office Manager seems to be clueless and rude. I don't think the owner of the business is aware of how she is running the office affairs. I had no choice but to stop going there and wasting the money that the Veterans Administration was paying them for my rehabilitation.
