The office is terrible! They never answer the phone and never reply to a voice mail. I've left several voicemails, because I was unable to reach a person, and when I went in for the reason I called they said they never got the message!!! If you're handicapped, forget it. They don't issue anymore permanent handicap applications, because they got in trouble for issuing too many. Mildred is terrible, in case you hear her name.
I would not recommend this office to anyone. They don't answer the phones or call you back. Your health is not there number one priority!
I love Dr. Adjei. He is the most loving and caring doctor. You can tell that he really cares about his patients. The only problem that I have is with the office staff. You can never get a message returned by leaving a recorded message or a live message. I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get someone to actually talk to so I can get RX refills approved. My 5 stars is for Dr. Adjei only because he is the best!!!!!!
Dr. Adjei, is one of the most caring DR. I’ve meet. He reminds me of the caring DR.s from the old 60’s & early 70’s DR’s TV shows where the Dr. cared about you at one time. The only bad thing I’ve ever heard of Dr. Adjei was his staff and he’s black. The staffing issues have been fix, and him being Black who cares, he from Africa, I think that’s why he cares so much about the people not just the dollar like a lot of DR. of today. He JUST CARES. Was wonderful when i started going to him but then the care went downhill. Cant get anyone to call back in a timely manner if at all. Got harder and harder to see Dr. Adjei, kept being referred to P.A., P.A. was good and seem to care more but when he conferred with Dr. Adjei he wasn't able to follow routes he thought was right. Then when Dr. Adjei told me my pain was in my head that was the last straw. I used to speak so fondly of this Dr. now sadly I wouldn't trust my health to these people.
Dr. Adjei is by far the best physician in I have ever used. His bedside manner is impeccable and he actually listens to all of my concerns. He knows every patient and makes such an attempt to understand you. His nursing staff is amazing. If you want an excellent doctor please see him. Sarah Scott- Springfield, Ga.
