We love Dr. Adjei as our primary physician. His front staff has improved greatly as of 12/2023! He listens and at least will try to help you. We have had others that didn’t go that far.
I have been going to Dr.Adjei for around 30 years. I’ve tried other doctors, but he is the best he listens he advises, and he is always on spot with his diagnosis .
I Love Dr. Adjei and his NP Patrick but that front office staff is awful. No return call back no sense of urgency . Customer service is down right horrible. More training is needed.
It SOCKED!!!! My wife had an appointment at 9:30. We sat for an hour and when she checked back in at the desk they then decided her appointment was for 10:15 after a call the day before confirming her appointment was 9:30. Walked out after 1:30 min of waiting in a diseased infested office. Don’t think we will return. Marcy was a great Dr. but not that great!!!! Very disappointed!!!
I loved Dr. Adjei, unfortunately when I got really sick and needed him, apparently he didn't love me back. I got a 30 day letter in the mail telling me to find another doctor.
Excellent physician! He listens and takes his time with his patients. He is kind and funny. There is usually a wait to see him but he is worth it! His office staff gets you on his schedule quickly when you call needing to see him. I won't use anyone else!
Would definitely give it five stars if their nurses or anyone would answer a call or at least return one.
just wanted to say adja you know when you told nicky about the right side of his face was bothering him you said nothing there he told you his vison was bothering him . well I took him to my eye doctor in Rincon and nicky has some damage done to the right eye down at the bottom well he wears eye glass's now . so glad we didn"t listen to you
Dr. Adjei/P.A.s/nurses provide good care, but the administrative staff is sorely lacking. It seems they do not how to do their job. Do not expect a call back (or timely call back) if you leave a message. I have even had some of my other doctors' admin staff complain about not finding someone who could assist them when they called. Notify patients on check-in if doctor/P.A. is behind by more than 30 minutes. I would not refer anyone to this doctor's office because of the admin staff.
