Heather is amazing. I am having a lot of different health issues that many doctors cannot figure out and are left untreated or treated with a bunch of medications. I decided to try acupuncture and it is like going to the spa for every treatment. Heather is very knowledgeable, listens to me, and gives me hope that I will feel better and will hopefully start to not need as many medications. Highly recommended!
Heather is the bomb! Acupuncture is helping my mind, body and soul as I play the waiting game for Physical therapy, MRI and surgery for a suspected labral tear in my hip. I am able to reset my mind and relax despite dealing with the chronic pain. I highly recommend Heather and Adirondack Wellness group as I am happy that they will be part of my healing, rehabilitation and recovery process.
Heather is the most kind, gentle practitioner ever. I went to her after avoiding acupuncture for over a decade because of one horrible experience. She worked with me and around my anxiety and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. Acupuncture is now what I consider to be one of my "vices" because I LOVE IT SO MUCH.
