Awesome experience at the Saratoga location. They got me in quickly, on short notice. Personable and professional. The waiting room was clean and comfortable (unlike some other shops). I’ll be back when it’s time for new snow tires.
Service with a smile and great attitude at the Saratoga Springs location. Dropped my rims off late Thursday and made appointment for Saturday so Adirondack Tire would take my winter tires and rims off and put my new summer tires and rims on. In and out in about 30 minutes. Great job and awesome service.
This is where I end up going after being disappointed with the bigger, national chains. I've had tires patched when the other garages just wanted to replace it. Also had tie rods replaced, and tires aligned, all for less than the chains. Always get my cars inspected here too and don't have to worry about being hassled or held over the coals to get a pass. Now I just come here to begin with! It's always nice to be able to use a local business too.
They were quick and had what I needed on hand no issues will be back
Ted was extremely helpful to me in selecting the tires best suited for my truck and my style of driving, and while I waited I saw him help, for free, several potential customers with car questions.
