Exceptional service. The owner, Bob, arrived on time. He quickly identified and solved the issue with my gas logs insert. He even took the time to give me instructions on use and tips to avoid future problems. The price was fair and reasonable. Wish I had contacted them sooner.
This is a class operation. Bob is extremely knowledgeable about wood stoves ( probably any heating systems), and installation. A pleasure to deal extremely professional.
Extremely pleased with Adirondack Stoves; Bob showed up on time for gas fireplace maintenance and was very knowledgeable and professional. He got us all set for the upcoming winter. My wife Kelly and I bought a wood stove (pacific energy Super 27) and a chimney system from Bob and Robin. Throughout the process they have been amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, responsive and one of the friendliest business owners I have ever worked with. I highly recommend everyone who has home heating needs to give them a call. You will not regret it!
Our ventless fireplace was not lighting and Bob came and cleaned it out and reset everything and explain how and when I should clean it. It now’s works great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great guy, great work. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.
