$18 for that position tells me all I need to know about your company. Disgusting.
Very unprofessional business. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with them, which I should have taken as a red flag from the beginning. The signs I ordered took far longer than promised to be made. When I finally received my sign, it wasn’t even what I ordered—I received the wrong sign in the wrong color. Additionally, the boss lacked strong communication skills, and the employees lacked basic product and standards knowledge when I asked questions. I would highly not recommend this business.
I am applying for a variance with the city and didn't realize I needed a curb sign by EoB that day. I called and they informed me that as soon as payment was received they could try to have the sign ready same day. So I rushed over and everybody was super kind and helpful. I paid at 12:30 and had the custom curb sign by 3pm. I was so impressed and happy they were able to help! They have earned a customer going forward! Thank you!!
Kind of disappointed. Had a couple of signs estimated and when ready to order got the run around v vague. Not sure if quote was too low & they were embarrassed
