They never called back. Stopped in to order a tonneau cover and install. Took my name and number. No call back after about two weeks. I called and they said hold on, maybe it's in the shop... They said it hasn't been delivered yet but soon. That's funny I ordered from where they do and had it in less than 5 days. If you want a run around go here.

I cannot speak highly enough about Adirondack Off Road & Line-X. Last week, Margie and I were nearly 3,000 miles from home visiting family in upstate NY and needed some real front-end attention on our JT. 1. Had to reinstall the rear valance myself because it was not installed properly on two occasions. 2. Shop said they would install roof rack, but when I took time off from work to bring car in, owner said “he’s not interested” in doing the job. Next time don’t agree to a job and then turn customer away when they come for a scheduled appointment.

I have a hard shell rooftop tent that I wanted to have LINE-X'd. Called them up, they gave me an incredibly fair and affordable price quote, helped me offload it off my truck, and did the job quickly for me. The quality of the work is quite good - tape jobs were all good, and they helped me load it back onto my truck and I was off. Incredibly happy with my experience there and will go back to them for other needs in the future.
