Very sad when you order Windows from these people and spend over $2500 and when you call them to let them know two of the Windows were measured wrong by their Tech and know we have to rebuild our Window Sill because they don't back up their mistake.Very poor Response.

We've purchased Windows for My Mom's home, our house, our camp and for a camp my brother and I own. Pleased with product and installs. Our church also purchased Windows for the parsonage and church annex- probably a total of 35 or more, and they were satisfied. And of course there have been storm doors and doors and more. Steve is a great person to deal with. He was so patient while I picked out the color of my siding which happened after several trips and calls to discuss. Give them a try for sure. You won't be sorry.
