Mark Knowles is fantastic! We signed with him on a Friday and he had mama’s house sold the following Tuesday. The deal fell through, but within 3 days we had another buyer! (He kept showing her home even with the sale pending.) Mark made it so easy for us. He handled all the paperwork, etc. I would highly recommend him!
