I hired Joanne to create the flowers for my wedding. long story short, they never showed up. I had paid half up front and expected the rest due in delivery. a half hour before I was supposed to walk down the ilse I was able to get ahold of her on the phone. she told me u never gave her my phone # and she didn't have the address of my wedding. she was completely negligent. and non apologetic. my dials went down town to a local florist in Saratoga and they creates all my flowers on the fly and were excellent. don't let her try... read more
Had an issue with an arrangement that I purchased and had delivered to my wife. I called and expressed my concerns to Lori, that day another arrangement was delivered to my wife with a hand written sentiment from the owner. Adirondack Flowers provided the flowers for my wedding at the Queensbury Hotel this weekend. JoAnn was easy to work with and very accommodating, and the floral arrangements were absolutely beautiful! JoAnn worked with me to produce what I envisioned (even though I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted!). Everyone complimented the floral arrangements, especially two stunning garlands to decorate the 10 foot wide/seven foot tall fireplace mantel in the lobby of the hotel. I absolutely recommend Adirondack Flower!
My Fiancé went here for Valentine's Day roses. He speaks nothing but great things about this place! Reasonably priced and very helpful and kind employees! Will forever be a repeat customer.
