Maintenance is terrible come fix something leave never come back. They show you remodeled apartment that's not the apartment you get. The washateria always broke. They charge you for trash/water. They won't allow anything on the balcony. Your vehicles gets broke into cameras do not work or they don't want to help. You can't have company unless you get a visitor pass so they can park visitors parking. Curfew for adults and children 10pm.
