For some members a dream might be to walk up a flight of stairs, for others it could be completing an Ironman, getting rid of allergies or helping a son or daughter come off of ADHD medication and be able to make friends. Adio Health Chiropractic has helped me so much! After just one month I have reduced my sleep meds from enough to put a whale in a coma to just enough to sedate an elephant. Who would have thought that the position your neck is in when you are sleeping would matter so much? Also much less tension in my back.
