If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute joke. I placed an order, it said “shipped,” and then the package completely disappeared. No updates for weeks. When I contacted them after 20 business days, they kept brushing me off with empty promises to “call me back”, which never happened. After me chasing THEM down for over a week, they finally admitted they wouldn’t send me a replacement because the package “might be dispatched somewhere in the world.” Really? Very bad adina Aidan. Don’t. Do business with them. Very difficult if u have to return
DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The jewelry is crap, made in China and overpriced! I sent back a necklace I ordered, with a shipping label THEY provided me (and put NO insurance on it may I add) and they claimed it wasn’t in the package when received. No one has helped resolve this issue, just give me the run around, no refund, no credit, no help, nothing— and I’m out thousands of dollars.
Horrible horrible customer service and bussiness take your money somewhere else if you need a good reliable bussiness
