She is so informative about your procedures, gives you options. So kind and caring, gives the best shots and I have been to quite a few Dentist No smoke screens with her.
We can't say enough about how much we appreciate Dr. Simone, we have been going to her for over 15 years!! She is such a kind, caring, gentle, and probably the most HONEST Dentist we've ever known, that is something you don't see every day! She's is a dedicated to her profession, she is a very presise, in every thing she does. Dr Simone violated my HIPAA- patient confidentiality. I can understand that she works out a single room and has the front desk in her room itself, but to have a fuill blown conversation about me with another patient, who coincidentally was from my own family, is totally unacceptable!! The only reason why I did not sue her is because I know she is a good dentist, and so I just let this slide.
i had a terrible experience with her. she rents a room from another dentist. So her secretary and her work in the same room. For that reason getting an appointment takes a long time. i got a root canal done and the orthodontist told me to get a crown on my tooth after a week. I called Dr Simones office to get an appointment and they told me that it is ok to wait for two months to get the crown. finally when i went to her i walked out of the office because all they made me do was wait.....although she had no patients. extreme... read more
