I had a terrible experience with Adina Eden. They accepted my payment and immediately printed a shipping label. However, after more than 10 days, the package was never handed over to the carrier, and customer service admitted they had no idea when it would actually ship. When I requested a cancellation due to the extreme delay, they refused, claiming they couldn't cancel the order because a label had already been generated.
