Called twice to just make an appointment, staff needs help with phone etiquette and making sure they don't make the patient feel like they are an inconvenience. Going to another office instead.
Excellent Staff, especially my PT's Brittany & Mike. They are the best family!! Every time they receive you with a smile. Your Pt is gonna be your best friend, that's what I say about mine (Brit and Mike).
