Avoid Positano – We have lived here for almost a year and despite our perfect rental credit and tenent status we have never been more unhappy with a rental community or management. Walls are paper thin and if your neighbors are loud and discourteous they do nothing about it. They are only concerned with getting new leases and not retaining good tenents. Parking Sucks A$$!! – Moving out in 2 weeks and can't wait to get away from the $hity parking here!!! Don't waste youre time looking at this place unless you like walking a long ways to where you might be living.
