I have found ADI to be a dishonest company who above all else tries to screw tenants out of money. They will do whatever they can to spend your deposit, inconvenience you to show their property to sublease and charge you to break lease while they have immediately re-rented the location. They assured me that I would not be charged to break the lease if they leased the location immediately but they feel the need to line their pockets. Look elsewhere.
My family and I have had a great experience with ADI. Anytime we have had a problem with our unit the staff at ADI have been quick to help. We think they are a very professional company and we have had only positive experiences with them.
Several years with ADI. They made moving transition easy and really are stand up, trustworthy folk. Would recommend to any of you.

I lived at an ADI rental for 3 years and they have been nothing but stand up people. I was in a rough spot in my life and ADI found a place that worked for my situation. They were very honest and upfront about everything. I had some issues with a stove that broke while I was there but they sent out a repair man promptly and took care of the issue. I would re-rent from ADI Properties in a heart beat.
