Such a great experience here. I have postponed following up on my ADHD diagnosis due to previous horrible experience and was very pleased with how easily scheduling was and how attentive and helpful the entire staff is
This is the only clinic that I love all staff and physicians. They really listen and make us feel safe and comfortable and heard in our treatment process.
Very bad place. I was billed a couple months after my final appointment. I missed the bill. Got a final letter in the mail, and I paid it over the phone with my HSA card. Story's not over. Although I settled my final balance, 7 months layer a collections agency called me demanding another $650 bucks. I received no bills for this amount, no emails, no calls, nothing. I call these guys to confirm and they said "Billing put a note on your account saying you own $650". They said they couldn't transfer me to billing, I need to ca... read more
