Nathan Payne was great! I got some answers that two previous providers at other clinics did not provide. Very thorough, personable, and proactive. I left feeling optimistic about my options.
Came here for the first time and they were all incredibly helpful. Very kind environment and treating me well, and then very informative; answering all my questions. Very awesome :)

I scheduled an appointment as a new patient on their website for the following week, which was the soonest appointment available. They called several hours later saying their scheduling system was wrong and I'd need to be pushed out an additional week. I understand technology blips happen, no big deal at all, but in the process of rescheduling over the phone they disclosed that new patients don't meet with a practitioner at the first appointment. I previously had received treatment for ADHD, stopped because of other medical issues, then wanted to try treatment again. I visited this clinic 3 times in one week for an initial visit, a QbTest, and a follow-up visit to discuss the results. Because the QbTest that they administered showed that I was hyperactive but not inattentive during the test, I was told that I did not have ADHD and they couldn’t treat me.
