We brought my step-daughter there to get her hair done for prom and were extremely disappointed in the service and the results. The hairstyle that was delivered vs the hairstyle that was desired were not even close. At the end of the appointed time, the stylist took my step-daughter's hair down and said there was nothing she could do and sent her home in tears and no up do. We had called for a last minute makeup application and the front desk staff was so friendly and helped arrange an appointment for us. Katie did an amazing job and I would highly recommend! We will be making future appointments with her as we have another prom and 2 weddings coming up!! Thank you so much for making this a great experience!!
